Our clients project managed the build and decided on a change to the country. There was considerable communication back and forth between our team and the clients, who initially opted for an integrated style. Discussions centering around what needed to be moved out and stored. After months of decluttering our clients found it easier to move out and keep some key pieces for the style which the team then hand picked pieces to compliment the items that remained for their style.

The property was a contemporary Hampton style. We selected a colour palate that complimented a traditional Hamptons style and that also allowed for fresh modern twist on this traditional style.
The limitations of this property was the stairs. Creating a usable space that buyers could envisage living in and entertaining was of our upmost importance. We choose a large contemporary four seat sofa with two oversized arm chairs. ‘
Positioned in a conversational style seating arrangement allowed the space to shine, and appealed to buyers that may have otherwise been deterred by the stairs.
Our clients maintained communication throughout the campaign, left a beautiful testimonial and were extremely happy with the extra detail we went to for them.
