Aberdeen Street Aberfeldie
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
Our clients were a busy working family with young children. The never managed to invest in furniture pieces that complimented their space and required quality furniture and Hugh end art work to compliment their hard materials.
Due to the many large rooms in this home the team decided to focus on a handful of key rooms to create focal points for marketing.

The area considered most important was the stunning entrance and stair well that led into a large open formal living room with gas fire place.
A curved boucle sofa was chosen and paired black with contemporary boucle arm chairs. Opting for a glass coffee table, created a minimalistic feel and allowed the eye to see the fireplace upon entry into the property.
The property consisted of numerous window panels, leaving no space for positioning art. The team worked around this issue by adding tall live plants, which assisted in creating height and balance also lifting buyers eyes upwards.
Our client was in contact thought the campaign and passed on positive feedback. The client was delighted that her home was selected as ‘house of the week’ in The Age and The Financial review.
